This rather large lawn in Jordanstown was absolutely soaking with water running down from the raised garden behind and poor soil quality!
We had to remove the lawn and a good depth of soil so we could put drainage pipes throughout the whole area and plumb them into storm drains at the house.
The drains were all filled in with clean drainage stone and then we screeded out a fine drainage grit then a layer of weed suppressing membrane before fitting a quality 30mm artificial grass for the clients sons to play football on.

Something a little bit different last week!
This clients garden was saturated and not free draining!
We removed the old lawn and tracked in drainage pipe with 14mm drainage stone and ran it all to a sump we had to build at the lowest part of the garden which we installed a pumping system into to pump the water away into a storm drain beside the house!

This very damp garden in Craigavon needed some drainage plumbed in throughout the garden then we fitted a good quality 25mm grass to create a nice dry clean lawn for our client to use all year round!

We had to do a pretty intensive drainage system to this garden in Carrickfergus because the water was just lying on the surface everywhere!
We completely excavated the whole area and tracked in drainage covered with clean 14mm drainage stone and plumbed it into a manhole in the back garden.
Then we pebbled the whole area with a lovely bright quartz pebble and put a new brick paved path and step in to finish it off.
